Conditions of participation

  • acceptance of the rules of the competition;
  • valid registration;
  • knowledge of the particularities of the competition;
  • appropriate preparation for the chosen distance.


  • online from 1st February to 15th April, or until the number of limits are reached;
  • On-site on the day of the race, between 9:00 and 9:30, depending on free places;
  • the entry is successful if you are on the start list and you have received the confirmation letter - if any of them is missing, e-mail ->

Cancellation of the registration

  • only by e-mail, with a letter sent to the address and by specifying the bank account number until the registration closes (until midnight on 15th April);
  • in this case, the paid entry fee will be returned after deducting HUF 500 handling costs;
  • the entry fee cannot be transferred to another competition.

Transfer of registration

  • transfer of starting right only by e-mail ( until midnight on 15th April;
  • the transfer must be declared as a cancellation of the entry by e-mail by providing all the recipient's data that was necessary for registration (see confirmation e-mail);
  • from 16th April, modifications are only possible on site;
  • after 9th April, we are unable to change shirt sizes;
  • transferring the entry and start number to another person without changing the registration is prohibited!

Modifying distance

  • change of distance only by e-mail ( until midnight on 15th April, subject to availability;
  • the difference of the entry fee (if there is any) must be paid at the time of pick up, extra fee will not be refunded;
  • from 16th April, modifications are only possible on-site, subject to availability.

Force majeure

  • In case the competition has to be cancelled due to reasons beyond the control of the organizers (epidemic, flood, natural disaster, etc.) before 1st April, 2023, the competitors can choose from two options:
    - they request the refund of the entry fee (HUF 500 handling fee will be deducted);
    - 100% of the entry fee can be used in the next year’s competition (2024).
  • If the competition has to be cancelled due to reasons beyond the control of the organizers (epidemic, flood, natural disaster, etc.) on or after 1st April, 2023, the organizers will not refund the entry fee, 75% of the entry fee can be used in the next year’s competition.

  • the experience of the competition.

  • the top 3 male and female finishers in all three races;
  • special prize for the oldest male and female finisher.


  • IMPORTANT! There will be no single-use plastic cups anywhere!
  • Be GREEN, bring your own. :)

Compulsory equipment (TRAIL and DoubleTRAIL distances)

  • Photo ID;
  • Mobile phone turned on;
  • Minimum half litre canteen or water tank.


  • a qualified paramedic is on standby at the competition centre during the competition;
  • however, participants should be aware that due to the nature of the terrain, it may take time for a paramedic to get to the scene of a possible injury;
  • each participant has a duty to take special care of his/her own and other participants' physical safety and, if necessary, to help a fellow athlete who may have suffered an accident.

Dressing room, values storage

  • dressing opprtunity and toilets at the race centre;
  • values storage at the care centre;
  • the organiser takes no responsibility for the valuables placed in packages!

Competition rules

  • By registering online, each participant accepts the contents of the competition notice, the cooperation of the organizer and abides by the rules of the competition.
  • By registering, the competitor acknowledges that he is healthy and starts at his own risk. He is both physically and mentally prepared for the chosen distance, he is aware of its length and difficulties.
  • The data provided during registration correspond to reality, and the competitor consents to their storage in the association's database and their use at the events. You also consent to the director sending a newsletter to the given email address.
  • The organised assumes no responsibility for any inconvenience caused by incomplete submission or by providing inappropriate data.
  • Age limit: 6 years of age for the 3 km distance, 10 years of age for the 7 km distance, 14 years of age ont he 16 km distance (on the TRAIL distance competitors under 18 require written parental consent).
  • The start number must be worn clearly on the front. The organizers are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect start numbers.
  • Running without a start number or with a dog on the races is forbidden. Strollers are only allowed to run the Vaskapu Summit Run, after consultation with the organizers. The competitor acknowledges that in case of violation of these rules, he/she will be immediately disqualified from the race.
  • Competitors who do not complete the entire distance, deviate from the designated route, or show unsportsmanlike behaviour towards fellow competitors will be disqualified from the competition.
  • The organizers reserve the right to stop the race or change the distance due to weather problems and/or safety reasons.
  • The organiser reserves the right to take photos and films of the competition and the contestants, which will remain the property of the organiser and may be used freely for his own advertising activities and publications. The people in the photos and films are not entitled to compensation.
  • Any commercial and advertising activities at the event location may only be carried out with the prior permission of the organizer, in an agreed form and manner.
